Do I need an account to vote?+
No. Evaluators only need the access code from the job creator. We never require signup to vote.
How many options can a job have?+
Each job supports 2 to 4 options. More options = more pairwise comparisons, so we keep it tight for faster decisions.
What file types can I upload?+
Images (JPG, PNG, WebP) and text. Audio support is on the roadmap. Maximum file size is 50 MB per option.
Are results anonymous?+
Yes. Evaluators are assigned anonymous identifiers. Job creators see trends and rankings, not individual people.
Is Subvey free?+
Yes — the core product is free. We may add paid features in the future (e.g., larger jobs, marketplace), but the swipe experience will stay free.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to the Delete Account page or email privacy@subvey.com. We remove your data within 30 days.
Is my data secure?+
We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls. We never sell data, and we do not train AI models on your content.
Can I use Subvey for my business?+
Yes. Many teams use Subvey for A/B tests, brand decisions, and UX reviews. Team features are coming soon — email us to get early access.
